JMEE Enhancing the Participation of Industry in Research and Practical Projects for Graduate Students

The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering at Birzeit University is organizing a workshop on the participation of the industrial sector (energy, communications, and information technology) in research and practical projects for graduate students, especially graduate students in electrical engineering, on Monday, April 6, 2015 between 10:00AM till 5:00PM in Said Khoury Building For Development Studies - Conference Room #104. The workshop will be held within TEMPUS project to develop a Joint Master Program in Electrical Engineering between Birzeit University and Palestine Polytechnic University, and in cooperation with the Palestinian and European universities and institutions from the industry sector. This workshop is also sponsored by JDECo a partner in the JMEE project that represents the Palestinian Electrical Power sector.The project partners are:

The workshop will be in the form of seminars (in the morning) and panel discussions (in the evening), during which the exchange of views on strengthening the role of industry in research and practical projects for graduate students, especially the Master in Electrical Engineering.
