Since its inception, the center has concentrated much of its work on closing the gap between those communities who can make effective use of information technology and those who cannot - i.e. bridging the digital divide through the use of ICT for development.
The center's mission is to facilitate and promote the effective use of information and communications technology for meaningful purposes in underserved Palestinian communities - schools and college students, micro-business owners, and to every male and female individual who can capitalize on the proven benefis of IT.
It is all about "changing lives and transforming communities" using ICT
