Business Startup Center - Training of trainers

Ten participants from 3 partner universities, Al Quds, Arab American University Jenin (AAUJ), and Polytechnic University – Hebron, attended a Training of Trainers (ToT) training organized by the Najjad Zeenni IT Center of Excellence.

Delivered by SME development expert, Ms. Maisa Burbar, the ToT entitled “Business Plan Writing & Entrepreneurship” is intended to train and qualify trainers at partner universities in business plan writing and entrepreneurship. The ToT is divided into two parts, the first 2 days of the ToT will train the trainers on training techniques and how to become effective trainers, while the remaining 4 days will be devoted to train the trainers on special topics in business plan writing and entrepreneurship, discuss the curriculum, and teach them how and when to use the exercises listed in the instructors manual.
At the end of the training, each participant received a copy of the trainers manual, trainees textbook, and activities book, to allow trainers to provide consistent and quality training to all scheduled training activities.
